Submission Publication Guidelines

Those interested in presenting a poster or a communication should send their proposals between September 1, 2019 and January 1, 2020, using the format of REGISTRATION FORM. You must bear in mind that the content of the communications and posters must be original and not presented at any other scientific event.

The abstracts, as well as the papers, may be presented in Spanish, English or Portuguese.

Said papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee through a double blind pair system, after which those proposals of interest will be accepted. The acceptance or rejection of these papers will be notified within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt.

After confirmation of the acceptance the participants must formalize the registration. To this end, the deadline will remain open until March 30, 2020, the proof of payment of the registration fee must be sent via email This email address is being protected from spambots. In a few days you will receive an email confirming that the registration has been made correctly, if not, please contact the Organizing Committee.

The texts of both communications and posters must be submitted following scrupulously the PUBLICATION GUIDELINES. The delivery of the papers for publication will be made during the congress in the Secretary without any delay whatsoever. Posters Formatting Requirements

The final poster must be presented in a non-rigid sheet, size 90 x 120 cm, portrait orientation and with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Please, keep in mind:

      • Author(s) will be responsible for printing.
      • Each selected poster must be presented orally in the Poster Session in the time allotted by the congress organization which can be consulted in the section: Submission Publication Guidelines.
      • The bibliographical references will be presented according to the Submission Guidelines.
      • The original posters will be delivered to the author(s) who request it after the congress.
      • Posters can be published in the minutes of the congress. The author(s) must follow the same rules established for papers, both in format and on dates.

Submission Guidelines of accepted papers

In the case of having presented a paper proposal that has been accepted the author(s) will have 15 minutes for its public presentation. If you require any special electronic or technical resources, you must notify it in advance to the organization.

For the public presentation of the posters the time limit will be 5 minutes, although the posters will be on display every day during the congress. You must make sure that the poster submitted rigorously complies with the specifications regarding its size and format provided in the section Posters Formatting Requirements.

 

Reviewing Process

The papers will be accepted definitively for publication after the scientific debate that will take place during its public presentation; during this process the Scientific Committee could suggest changes or decide against its publication. In any case, the final decision will be communicated to the author(s).
