The use of abbreviations will not be admitted.

Although the author’s name given will always be respected, we recommend the following structure: Name, SURNAME(S). In case of various authors, the names must be separated by a semicolon ";". The order of the authors given will be respected.

II. General Formatting Requirements: All papers are limited to 30.000 characters including spaces and footnotes. 2,5 cm margins at all sides (top, bottom, left, right) single spaced and left justified are required throughout the entire paper. The headings should be presented in bold and capital letters with 12-point font and the subheadings with 12-point font in bold and lowercase. They should be numbered as follows:

Quotes within the text should be in italics and quotation marks.

The notes or bibliographic citations should be at the end of the text, numbered consecutively, and preceded by the word "NOTES" in capital letters. There will not be any section dedicated to bibliography; therefore this will be restricted to the footnotes.

III. Tables and figures. Maximum of five figures and five data tables per work will be admitted (as long as the data tables do not constitute illustrations, in which case they will considered figures and not tables).

The figures and data tables will be sent in separate files in JPG/JPEG or TIFF format (300ppp), never exceeding 2MB. The location in the text will be indicated by footnotes, whose content will be the following: "INSERT HERE IMAGE 1" or “INSERT HERE DATA TABLE 1”. Its quality should be adequate for its publication. All images that do not meet these standards will be rejected. In a separate file, the numbered relation of each image will be sent, including: numbering (in Arabic numerals), title, author, date ... taking as reference the following example: Fig. 1. Eduardo Lozano Vistuer. Genio y figura. Grabado. 1993. Museo Iconográfico del Quijote. Guanajuato. México.

The author(s) is responsible for the image rights, and all photos/images shall have references. The Congress Organization will not be responsible for any copyrights infringements.

IV. Appendices and annexes. The inclusion of appendices and annexes will be admitted, if appropriate. Both will be place at the end of the paper, without numbering. They will compute as text characters.
